Just over 2 weeks away at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, the most anticipated boxing match of the year will take place between reigning WBO welterweight champion and world wide super star Manny Pacquiao (54-3-2, 38 KOs) of the Philippines and undefeated former unified junior welterweight champion and Palm Springs native Timothy Bradley (28-0, 12 KOs).

It is the type of fight boxing fans have seen before, a rising undefeated challenger looking to knock off one of the sport’s biggest names, in an attempt to make one for himself.

Pacquiao, himself, saw his star and global brand receive a significant boost after destroying former boxing king Oscar De La Hoya, and he knows Bradley is looking to do the same.

Pacquiao said, “Timothy Bradley is undefeated and hungry.  He does not know how to lose.  This will be a great fight – champion vs. champion.”

Long time Pacquiao trainer, and 4 time Trainer of the Year award winner offered, “I’m just glad Manny is fighting an undefeated fighter who is more concerned about winning, than he is about protecting his record.”

Bradley, to his credit, realizes the position he is in, and said, "I have always been an underdog all of my life.  But I know how to win.  I talk winning. I go into the ring and win.  Manny Pacquiao is the world's greatest fighter.  After I win, the rematch will be in November."

Bradley’s coach Joel Diaz had this to say: “Timothy Bradley is ready for war.  No one can prepare for his type of combat.”
