Ricky Hatton or a Rematch with Miguel Cotto

Going by the nickname "Chop Chop", DeMarcus Corley the Former world light-welterweight champion knows he has to look good this Wednesday when he takes on Ashley Theophane. Corley has lost his last four fights, but is focused on reasserting himself in the division in hopes of fighting someone like Ricky Hatton or landing a rematch against Miguel Cotto.

Recently quoted on SportingLife.com (UK) Corley stated in regards to his upcoming opponent, Theophane: "I don't know much more about him than his name, but I know I need to make a serious statement and can't let it go more than three rounds."

Corley went on to add: "If I'm going to get a chance to fight for a world title again - fight a Ricky Hatton or get a rematch against (Miguel) Cotto - I have to knockout everybody in each fight from now on to get that shot."

Corley's record stands at 31-8-1, 17 KOs.
