It's clear to anyone who watched Roy Jones Jr. vs Park Si-Hun in 1988 Seoul Olympic games that Jones Jr. was robbed of the Gold medal. In 1988 Jones Jr. thoroughly out boxed and out classed Park Si-Hun, however the judges handed the victory and the Gold to Park Si-Hun with a score of 3-2.

Jones Jr. who is rightfully disappointed in the outcome of the fight, admits because of his ordeal, he has watched very little Olympic boxing. Quoted recently in the Boston Globe, Jones Jr. stated: "You can't go back and look at that tape and not say that guy basically lost. To not overturn the decision, something is wrong."

Jones Jr. is not and never has held any bad feelings towards Park Si-Hun and recalls that Si-Hun told him personally after the fight that Jones Jr. and not himself deserved the gold.

"It wasn't Park's fault," said Jones Jr., adding: "He didn't have anything to do with the judges. He just was there, like I was. I have no hard feelings toward Park."
