Ricky Hatton might land Huge Fight - Biggest of his Boxing Career

A massive fight could loom in the future for Ricky Hatton. Hatton who has an amazing fan base, could find himself in a dream bout with Oscar De La Hoya.

Yesterday at a press conference to announce a December 6th bout with Manny Pacquiao, De La Hoya hinted it might not be his last fight.

The highly respected CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, Richard Schaefer admits a fight with Hatton is very possible. Schaefer stated in regards to a Hatton/ De La Hoya clash: "A match-up between the two most popular fighters on the planet would be unbelievable."

Schaefer went on to add: "And when I think about places, of course Wembley Stadium comes to mind or Mexico's famous Azteca Stadium. These are the dream match-ups which might never happen — but I think people are allowed to dream."
