Ricky Hatton ready to return to Boxing? Hatton speaks out
By Kyle Lucas (July 20, 2009) DoghouseBoxing
One of Boxing's biggest draws is easily Ricky Hatton. Ricky Hatton has made an incredible name for himself fighting exciting fights and fighting the best of the best. After his last fight in which he was knocked out in two rounds at the hands of Manny Pacquiao, the world has been left to ponder if Hatton will retire or continue on with a career that has been explosive to this point.

Hatton, who has just been released from hospital after a bout with a severe stomach bug (not related to the Swine Flu), is still considering his future, but not thinking too much about it..

Quoted by Gavin Glicksman of the Sun UK, Hatton admitted he isn't thinking about Boxing right now: "I'm not thinking about boxing at the moment," stated Hatton, adding: "Maybe I'll wake up one day and think let's give it another go, but I might not."

Hatton seems content right now, and is not missing the boxing ring: "I'm not missing it... fighting is the furthest thing from my mind," said Hatton.
