Recently in an interview with famed boxing trainer Nacho Beristain on ESPN's Spanish based TV program called "Golpe a Golpe", Beristain discussed with the TV program many subjects. On the matter of Manny Pacquiao, Beristain feels that Pacquiao is very lucky to be teamed with Freddie Roach as his trainer.

Beristain told the TV program: "I think Pacquiao is lucky to have him in his corner, Freddie Roach is one of the best trainers in the world and he has a lot of knowledge and he has made Pacquiao a better fighter who used to have a lot of flaws in his style."

Beristain went on to explain one aspect in which Roach has helped Pacquiao improve his craft: "Pacquiao used to jump when throwing punches and now he is doing great from a technical point of view and that is Freddie's work."
