Carl Froch speaks out on Joe Calzaghe vs Roy Jones Jr

Carl Froch is voicing his strong opinions on Joe Calzaghe vs Roy Jones Jr. Calzaghe faces off against Jones Jr this coming November 8. Froch believes Jones Jr. has what it takes to end Calzaghe's unbeaten streak.

Quoted on the Sun Uk, Froch stated: "I believe Calzaghe doesn't have the one-punch power to knock out even a 39-year-old version of Jones." Froch went on to add: "In fact, if Roy can produce even 50 per cent of the magic he used to have, then he can possibly steal the fight with eye-catching movement and combinations."

Froch isn't totally counting Calzaghe out, noting the bookies are in favor of Calzaghe winning the battle. "The bookies will rightly favor the unbeaten, fresher man in Calzaghe," said Froch.
